Pulp Grinder

The double disc refiner is a horizontal type, with pulp entering the grinder from both sides and exiting from the top. We have improved the bearing support structure compared to similar refiners, adopting packing seals and mechanical seals. This ensures balanced operation, high efficiency, a more compact structure, reliable sealing, and easy installation, debugging, and maintenance. The pulp grinder includes a pulping room, drive section, support, motor, and more. It is suitable for continuous beating of chemical wood pulp, mechanical pulp, and waste paper pulp, with a pulp consistency between 2-5%. Equipped with an automatic control system, it beats pulp with constant energy consumption or constant power, adapting to the beating requirements of various pulps. It can be used alone or with multiple refiners in series, based on the requirements of the pulp refining process.
