The design of the pressure screen is up-flow type, with bottom feed, bottom discharge for heavy slag, and top discharge for light slag. It is used for fine screening of wood pulp, rice straw pulp, and waste paper pulp. It is one of the most advanced paper pulp screening equipment in the world, with advantages such as low pulsation, high screening efficiency, and reliable operation. It includes a screen cylinder, rotor, screen housing, and bearing.

Main Structure:

1. Screen cylinder: The screen cylinder features a fine sieve slit width of H0.15 mm, utilizing water jet cutting technology to groove 8 mm thick steel plates, forming excellent round holes and burr-free notches. This method prevents stress and groove end cracks often produced by mechanical washing and grinding notches. It also provides a hardened surface to improve wear resistance.

2. Rotor: The refined pulp rotor is equipped with 3-4 rotors, with balance strictly corrected after assembly to ensure no vibration at high speeds. The rotor is mounted on the main shaft and connected via a screw rod. The gap between the rotor and the screen drum can be adjusted. The coarse screen rotor features a drum-type external rotor-wing structure with dynamic balance correction to prevent impurities from winding around the rotor and affecting normal operation.

3. Screen housing: Comprising an upper cover and a cylinder, the lower part of the cylinder has a tangential slurry inlet pipe. The middle part includes a slurry pipe, and the upper cover has a slag discharge port and a flushing water port.

4. Drive device: Includes a motor, pulley, V-belt, belt tensioner, main shaft, and bearing.
