Working principle:

The heat is transferred to paper in the contact between paper and the surface of the dryer.
The steam releases heat and condenses to produce a large amount of condensed water. This condensed water adheres to the inner surface of the dryer due to the centrifugal force of the rotation of the dryer. When the angular velocity is high, a water ring is formed, which hinders the transfer of heat to the surface of the dryer. The siphon tube discharges the condensed water in time. When the vehicle speed is low, a water ring will not form, but condensed water will splash and accumulate in the dryer.

Operation method:
1. Mold processing: make standard split molds (both side or single side positioning);
2. Surface treatment: degreasing, polishing, and cleaning to ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and strong;
3. Reconcile materials: accurate proportions and uniform blending;
4. Application material: ensure bonding, filling, and thickness;
5. Install mold: apply release agent and install and fix it to ensure that the excess material is extruded;
6. Demoulding: after curing, disassemble the mould to clean up the excess material. The material cannot be knocked. It can be removed with a grinder, file, and other tools to meet the installation requirements.
