It includes subsequent equipment such as a cold press, hot press, heavy calender, embossing machine, and horizontal cutting machine. It uses virgin pulp board as the raw material because insole board paper has strict quality requirements. Additionally, the Insole Board Making Machine configures dewatering elements according to the maximum product quantity and pulp variety to ensure production capacity.

Features

When making quantitative changes to the paper machine, the Insole Board Making Machine can adjust the vacuum degree of the vacuum dewatering element to ensure the output paper's dryness. According to the vacuum degree from low to high, the configuration includes the forming plate, hydrofoil, and high vacuum box. The dewatering element in contact with the surface is marble, with the hydrofoil front straight, and the body is made of stainless steel.
